Ava Grace is a 3 yr old, 80lb, fully vetted Rottweiler. She is a tripod who does not recognize this fact. She loves to play ball, take walks and chill by your feet. Ava is cautious around new people but warms up quickly. Ava would love a foster family as she waits for her forever home.
Fostering is a win-win for everyone. When you bring home a shelter pet, you make room for another pet to be taken in by the shelter where it will be safe, fed, be available for adoption or reunited with its owner.
Do you have a dog that your vet is always fussing needs to lose weight? Do you hate that because you just LOVE feeding your dog all the time? A little bite here. A little bite there. Hail Mary Rescue has the perfect solution. Foster a homeless dog. You can feed them all you want and never get fussed at because most of them are so skinny they need to eat 3 times a day. Extra snacks are encouraged, not frowned upon. Even table food ( yes I said the bad word ) is OK because for some, that's all they have known from eating whatever they can find. Send in your foster application to get started on this wonderful, rewarding experience. How would you like to spoil a variety of dog breeds, sizes and age? By fostering, you open your heart and home to young, old, small, large, shy, and happy, Many times dogs enter the shelter malnourished, scared and confused. You can help them feel loved, safe and increase their chances of adoption. .
